NEWPORT NEWS

We will be opening for our 53rd season on Wednesday, April 8th, 2020. NEW HOURS for this produce season!!! We will be open Monday – Saturday from 9 am – 6 pm. We are still working diligently to put in place as many sanitizing and customer/employee safety features as possible to keep us all well. We will be offering call-in curbside pickup for those that would like to do so. More information will be coming once we get open explaining how we will be accommodating in that way. We are looking forward to another season and are excited to see all of our customers!!!

Until further notice, we will be operating as a drive-thru farmers market! Markets start April 18th and will be every Saturday 9-11 AM! We look forward to offering a safer way to get food for yourself and your family that also supports local farmers and producers! Pre-ordering from each vendor and pre-payment will be required to minimize in-person interaction. Then just drive-thru and pick up your packaged items!

The 2020 Yorktown Market Season will kick off April 25 with a new temporary time and at a new temporary location – operating from 8 to 11 a.m. at the McReynolds Athletic Complex located at 412 Sports Way in Yorktown. It will be for pick-up of preorders only. The market will support a cashless model with payments made in advance directly to vendors through their websites, social media channels, and services/apps such as Venmo and Paypal. Under no circumstances, are customers permitted to get out of their cars. All orders will be prepackaged and ready for delivery through the driver-side window or can be loaded into the back seat/trunk upon request.
