STEM CONNECT SATURDAY - Engineering and Women’s History Month

STEM Connect Saturday not only has STEM activities for all ages in honor of Engineering and Women’s History Month, but the first 500 visitors will also enjoy FREE admission to the Virginia Air & Space Science Center!

When: Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 11 am – 2 pm

Where: Virginia Air & Space Science Center, 600 Settlers Landing Rd, Hampton VA

Cost:  FREE for the first 500 people, AFTER the first 500 enter regular admission will apply.  Find other local museum discounts (including for admission to VASSC) here!

Description: Introduce the children in your life to engaging, fun STEM activities from our partners, the National Institute of Aerospace/NASA eClips, Wallops Flight Facility, Summit Design and Engineering, and check out free literacy resources from REACH Reads, and more!

Don’t miss your chance to listen to guest speaker, civil engineer Erin Harrell, talk about her experience as a woman in engineering and do a read aloud of Rosie Revere, Engineer by Andrea Beaty, which is our featured book for the event!
