Forrest Hooper Memorial Fundraiser

As parents, our hearts are broken for the Hooper family. Eight-year-old Forrest died on Tuesday as a result of injuries he sustained when he was hit by a car while waiting on the side of the road.

The Chesapeake and surrounding communities are stepping up in a big way to make sure that whoever was responsible for the hit-and-run incident that took Forrest’s life is held accountable, and also to honor the life of the little boy who would have turned 9 next week. Please see the information below on the planned memorial fundraiser planned for this weekend in Chesapeake.

The accident took place close to Hickory Towing in Chesapeake, and this company is coordinating a Memorial Fundraiser for Forrest on what would have been his birthday weekend. See the flyer below for details.
