Customized Stories (and a Military Special)

MyOwnStory.com allows you to create a story customized with your child’s real life experiences. What a fun concept!

There are topics such as first day of school, a trip to the dentist, learning to use the potty, a new baby sibling….and my favorite “Daddy Is In The Military”. There is also a “Mommy Is In The Military” version.

Most of the books available on the MyOwnStory.com website cost $4.95, you customize them and then save and print them out. The Military versions are FREE as a gift to military families.

I saw these last night in a Facebook Post from Operation We Are Here and immediately went over and saved the Boy and Girl version of the “Daddy Is In The Military book” for my 2 little ones.

These adorable books are great for any family, but I wanted to make sure to share another FREE resource for our military kids!
