Update: CaribFest 2020 has been canceled but is being planned for 2021.

When: Canceled for 2020

Description: It’s the annual Virginia Caribfest (Carnival) happening once again in downtown Norfolk Virginia. We are proud to be going 15 years strong of excitement and Caribbean culture. The music, parade, food, vendors, artists and more. Caribfest is a family fun festival highlighting caribbean culture through our road parade and festival within Town Point Park here in Norfolk Virginia.
