Kids Weekends Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens is celebrating KIDS with special weekend activities on select dates in March/April 2024! This is the perfect opportunity to activate your FREE Preschool Pass before the May 31st deadline!

March 29 – 31: Cookie Monster’s Easter Weekend! Celebrate the holiday weekend with Cookie Monster as you hop and bop your way through the Sesame Street® Forest of Fun™! Embark on an Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt, then move and groove at the Furry Friends Bunny Hop Dance Party. Plus, don’t miss out on storytime with Cookie Monster, engaging arts & crafts sessions, and charming photo ops with Cookie Monster in his bunny ears. It’s a delightful celebration of spring and friendship, all capped off with the entertaining “Let’s Play Together” show.

April 5 – 7: Julia & Friends Weekend! April is Autism Acceptance Month, and Julia is an amazing 4-year-old with autism who shows kids that we’re all a little different but share in the same joy of play and friendship. Explore the flower maze, enjoy a sensory-friendly performance of Let’s Play Together, dance at the Furry Friends Dance Party, and sit in for a heartwarming Storytime with Julia. Guests can also engage in delightful arts & crafts activities, from coloring to crafting friendship bracelets. Don’t miss this weekend filled with love, creativity, and furry fun!

April 12 – 14: Bert & Ernie’s Rubber Duckie Weekend! Join Bert, Ernie, and their special pal for a fun-filled weekend filled with engaging activities! From the rubber duckie scavenger hunt, a special storytime, and the Furry Friends Dance Party there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Get creative with themed arts and crafts and capture unforgettable moments with photo ops featuring Bert & Ernie. Top it all off with the fan-favorite Let’s Play Together show.

April 19 – 21: Rosita’s Musical Weekend! Spin, flap, shuffle, and sway at Rosita’s Musical Weekend! Wander through the captivating flower maze, participate in a dynamic dance party featuring musical instruments, and express your artistic flair as you decorate your own tambourines during arts and crafts. Then capture the moment with photo ops alongside Rosita and round off the weekend with the Let’s Play Together show. It’s a musical celebration of joy, creativity, and friendship!

  • NEW THIS YEAR! Sesame Street Friends Picnic! (additional cost $29.99) Enjoy Sesame Street Kids’ Weekends with an all-new dining experience hosted by some of your favorite Sesame Street friends. This exciting lunch is a fun-filled picnic featuring a delicious family-friendly buffet sure to delight kids and parents alike.
  • Sunny Day Celebration: Don’t miss sing-along, dance-along fun with Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Grover, Cookie Monster, Zoe, Rosita, Count von Count, Ernie and Bert. The Sunny Day Celebration takes place every 30 minutes throughout the day on the Sesame Street® Forest of Fun™ stage. Show times are subject to change without notice.
  • Furry Friends Dance Party – Let loose and groove to the beat with a DJ dance party hosted by your Sesame Street friends including Elmo, Rosita and Super Grover.
  • Flower Maze – Families can explore and grow with each twist and turn in this colorful outdoor flower maze.
  • Sesame Street Storytime – Listen to a special story with your Sesame Street friends, with new books featured each weekend of the event.
  • Special Photo Opportunities – Enjoy photo opportunities with your Sesame Street friends at 1-2-3 Smile with Me!
  • Arts & Crafts – Enjoy fun crafts and coloring pages themed for each weekend during Busch Gardens® Kids’ Weekends. Plus, artists big and small have the opportunity to share the masterpieces they create on our family-friendly art display.
  • Kid-Friendly Rides! The little ones can explore pint size thrills like Grover’s Alpine Express, Elmo’s Spire, The Little Balloons and more between all the activities of Busch Gardens Kids’ Weekends.
