Bakers In Training at Panera (For Kids!)
Some new programs have been showing up in some of the big name retail stores recently, including Williams-Sonoma, and now Panera!
The Bakers-In-Training Program at Panera is a behind the scene tour of the bakery-cafe and also teaches the kids some of the basics of baking. Kids will get their own apron and chef’s hat and get to participate in baking their own baguette! There will be discussions about hunger and how everyone can help their community. Kids will also get to decorate their own sugar cookie.
The program is designed for groups and would be great for classes, play groups, homeschool groups, birthday parties, and scouts!
You will need a group of 10-15 kids (ages 5-12) to register for the program, the cost is $20 per child, and there needs to be at least one adult chaperone for every 5 children.
