Coming up at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex on New Years Day- January 1, 2013 is the New Year’s Day Total Fitness 5k Run!

This race will be the fun way to ring in the year for people of any size, shape, or running level and there is no age restriction… and don’t worry you get to sleep in, the fun doesn’t start until Noon!

Not only will it be a timed event for serious racers but there is fun planned for the whole family with hot chocolate for kids, a moon bounce, hot dogs and beers for runners and the 30′ BIG screen so you don’t miss out on New Year’s Day Football!
