Allergy-Free Options at Carolina FAB

I know that many of you have children or family members who struggle with food allergies so when I saw this news I had to share it with you.

Carolina FAB (Food Allergy Bakery) a division of Carolina Cupcakery, is having their Grand Opening/Open House this Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 10am-5pm.

Address: 1200 N. Battlefield Blvd. Chesapeake, VA

Their new line of allergen-free donuts, muffins, and breakfast bars will be available to sample. The owner, Dawn Eskins, will be there along with Dr. Liz Koman of Food Allergy Associates to answer questions you may have about baking for food allergies.

Carolina FAB offers baked goods that include gluten and nut free, dairy and sugar free offerings.
