The Junior Commonwealth's Attorney Program, aimed at students who will be entering the seventh through 10th grades in the fall, provides an up-close look at law enforcement and court proceedings at the local and state levels.

Junior Cotillion of Hampton Roads has offered dancing instruction, etiquette, and social graces for young ladies and gentlemen grades five through nine for over 30 years. Six dances are held each year providing a fun and exciting evening with a fast paced and interactive instructional program. Our goal is that the social awareness, confidence, and positive self-esteem that are cultivated through these events will last a lifetime.

Junior rescue is for teens in 6-12th grade. Participants are taught by EMS at a local EMS Station, real emergency medical services skills which are used daily on calls.

Sentara recognizes the importance of volunteering for the professional and social development of youth. We believe the time, dedication, and collaboration with our junior volunteers provides teens with invaluable experience and leadership skills. The Junior Volunteer Program will be held June - August. Days of availability will be Monday-Friday. Applicants must be at least 14 years old on or before June 1, and have completed the 8th grade by the end of June, with a "C" or better average.

Just Birdies is an immersive multi-sport simulator venue that offers a wide range of sports experiences as well as a selection of delicious food and refreshments, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a fun-filled day with friends, family, or colleagues. While specializing in golf, our cutting-edge simulators also feature other popular sports like soccer, baseball, and more, providing a realistic and interactive environment for practice or play.

Justin has been teaching in schools for 10 years, and teaching private lessons in Piano, Violin, Viola, and Cello for 15 years. He teaches students of all ages and experience levels. He has a Bachelors in Music Education and Masters in Art and Teaching from Christopher Newport University, and a Masters in Music Education from Florida State University.

Lessons can be taught from his home in Virginia Beach, online via Zoom, Facetime, etc., or in your home for an additional small travel fee.

K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads. The club practices at locations in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, and Newport News. Ages 7+

Formed in 2011, K2 Diving is a year-round competitive springboard diving club in Hampton Roads and is the only competitive springboard dive club in the area, encompassing Southeastern Va. and a 100-mile radius.
