USA Ninja Challenge offers classes and programs for all age groups, including 4 to 5-year-olds, 6 to 12-year-olds, and teens. Our curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for today’s youth. We incorporate standard apparatus including rings, balance obstacles, and tumbling surfaces, as well as other specialized ninja training equipment, such as cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders and warp walls. Each portion of every obstacle course also includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations. The desired result of this program is to improve children’s strength, flexibility, and all-around athleticism. We offer weekly classes, homeschool classes, camps, birthday and other private parties, and parents night out events!

The Virginia Beach Lifeguard Association (VBLA) Junior Lifeguard Camp is committed to teaching the fundamentals of beach safety, first aid and environmental awareness. The camp’s priorities are Safety - Fun - Education. Campers are eligible as long as they turn 9 years old during the current Calendar Year. Every camper should be able to swim 100 meters continuously and be confident in their swimming abilities in the ocean.
