Uncommon Redesigns is an art studio and gallery in Virginia Beach offering creative workshops for all art levels. We believe that art is therapy and a creative outlet. Our classes are designed for home cooks of all skill levels while focusing on culinary techniques and making cooking fun! We provide the professional instruction, recipes, ingredients and equipment; you provide the hunger to LEARN, COOK, EAT!

USA Ninja Challenge offers classes and programs for all age groups, including 4 to 5-year-olds, 6 to 12-year-olds, and teens. Our curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for today’s youth. We incorporate standard apparatus including rings, balance obstacles, and tumbling surfaces, as well as other specialized ninja training equipment, such as cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders and warp walls. Each portion of every obstacle course also includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations. The desired result of this program is to improve children’s strength, flexibility, and all-around athleticism. We offer weekly classes, homeschool classes, camps, birthday and other private parties, and parents night out events!

Basketball skills clinics and camps. Lamont Strothers and VA Hard2Guard trains out of Newport News, VA. VA Hard2Guard trains boys and girls ages 5 and up. We pride ourselves in developing student-athletes and in challenging them to become the very best they can be.
