Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids compete each week for a chance to earn points. At the end of the Series the boys and girls who accumulate the most points in their respective distances are awarded trophies. All participants receive a medal on Week 5!

The mission of the Hickory Wrestling Club is to serve Chesapeake student-athletes in Elementary, Middle, and High School grades through the sport of wrestling, by teaching the disciplines of hard work, mental toughness, leadership, and character building.  Our goal is to cultivate young men and women into the leaders of tomorrow.

Preschool program- Children must be 2, 3, or 4 years old on or before September 30th to be placed in a 2, 3, or 4 year-old-class. The two-year-old program is a co-op program. One parent (or adult designated by parent) will help in the 2s classroom each day.
Summer programs include: Summer Art Camp, Summer Music Camp,
Church Basketball League for Children and Youth ages 8-15

Annual Fall Pumpkin Patch to benefit Church programs. Visit Facebook for event updates.

Ninja Warrior and Martial Arts Classes, Camps, and Birthday parties. Ages 3 and up.

Local park in Portsmouth with outdoor basketball and playground equipment.

Free Hands-On Workshops for Kids ages 5-12. Registration is recommended, they often fill up!

The classes are to teach both savory and sweet recipes while incorporating fresh ingredients they pick from the garden.

I come from a preschool teaching background and homeschool my own children also.

Kids Weekly Art classes hosted by Honest Pastures in Virginia Beach - a variety of media will be covered as children learn to explore the world of art and their own personal expression. Each child will be able to create their own piece using their own creative instincts.
