Join Tina’s Preparing for Baby & Me Workshop to bridge the gap between pregnancy and parenthood. In this interactive session, we move beyond the gear and dive into the essentials of the ‘Fourth Trimester.’
You’ll leave with a personalized postpartum plan, a deeper understanding of newborn behavior, and the confidence to prioritize your own recovery alongside your baby’s needs. Partners are highly encouraged to attend!
