PEATC Support Specialist: Parent Educational Advocacy Training Center Region-2 Family Support Specialist Stephanie Hoover has served as a regional parent representative on the Virginia State Special Education Advisory Committee and as a board member of the Virginia PTA. Her commitment to supporting families and professionals in the field of special education grows stronger each day, reflecting her ongoing dedication to advocacy and community engagement. Parking: Parking is available in the public lot at Bainbridge Blvd. and Grady Street. From the gravel area, follow the white construction fence to the sidewalk in front of the condo. The library is just a short walk from there. An asphalt ramp is available for wheelchairs, strollers, and other wheeled equipment.
