It is that time again! Find out how you (and kids ages 8+) can participate in the 2023 Step Up For The Up Center!

This summit is for current and expecting mothers, healthcare and birth workers, Home Visiting Programs and public school representatives to discuss the disparities surrounding women of color.

Join us for a Virtual Barnyard Pet Party!! You’ll meet some alpacas, goats, chickens, mini ponies, and more. Bring your pet, or favorite stuffed animal along for some extra fun!

The Up Center is hosting FREE Social Skills and Autism Skill Building Groups for Children ages 6-10, and a Parental Support Group for Caregivers. There will be locations for this group in both Norfolk and Portsmouth.

This FREE group take place in Virginia Beach and is open to Hispanic youth ages 7-12.
