Back Bay NWR is hosting a summer festival on Saturday, June 1 – the Back Bay Bash! Come visit the refuge, try something new and enjoy the beginning of the summer season – there will be activities for kids, adults and families.

The annual KayaXpedition, a kayaking and canoeing event, is back in Chesapeake this year!

Get outside and explore the beauty of the Hoffler Creek Wildlife Reserve via kayak in June! Reservations are now open for their Kayak Tours for June 2020.

Relax as you paddle your way through the unspoiled natural areas surrounding Back Bay. Paddle under the stars, with glowsticks illuminating your kayak.

Starting this week you can kayak on the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront! Check out the Battleship Wisconsin from the water.
