About Hoffler Creek: Hike over 3 miles of trails to experience 4 separate habitats: a riparian forest filled with pines and hardwoods, a meadow of native wildflowers and grasses, a non-tidal brackish lake, and a tidal creek with its expansive salt marsh. Experience the creek first hand with our kayak rentals. Learn more about Hoffler Creek HERE.

Admission to all 142 acres of Hoffler Creek Wildlife Preserve is always FREE and it is a beautiful way to spend time outdoors! Their hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 10am-4pm.

Bonus Fun from Hoffler CreekStarting the last weekend in May, we will be kicking off a seed bomb project. These little balls are packed with native wildflower seeds that bees, butterflies and birds will love! Stop by the visitor center to pick up a goody bag with the seed bombs and a few fun things for the kids. Toss the seed bombs in the Meadow area at the end of the Bluebird Trail or take them home to plant for yourself. We hope to have a beautiful array of wildflowers blooming very soon!
