Suffolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Forensic Camp (Free)
Commonwealth’s Attorney C. Phillips Ferguson will host the 7th Suffolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Forensics Camp. It is a one week, 1/2 day program designed to teach students of Suffolk, ages 12-15, about observation, photography, evidence collection, preservation and testimony in court.Â
Who Can Apply: Suffolk students ages 12-15
Camp Dates: June 18-22, 2018 from 8:30am-12:30pm. Applications must be received by June 7, 2018 and space is limited.

Description:Â The curriculum is designed to educate students on the study of forensics through criminal law. The camp will build a deeper understanding of the decisions made by the Suffolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office because of forensic evidence obtained at the scene. Students will become increasingly aware and understand the realities of criminal cases through forensics. Forensic Experts and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney’s will be educating students on what kind of forensic evidence they look for when prosecuting cases.Â
