Family Day at the Chrysler Museum in Norfolk VA

Mark your calendar for the Chrysler Museum’s Family Day event in celebration of M.C. Escher! Illusion is the name of the game for this family experience.

Where: The Chrysler Museum, One Memorial Place, Norfolk VA

When: Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 10:30am-3pm.

Cost: Free and open to all.

Description:  Explore the world of M.C. Escher with games, activities, crafts, and stories. We invite you to challenge your perception and explore the intersections of art and math. Join us for a free family day and explore his topsy-turvy world. Enjoy artmaking, games, and more!

Schedule of Events:

  • 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Balloon artist in Huber Court
  • 1 p.m.: Magic Performance in the Kaufman Theater.
  • Throughout the day: Drawing activities, scavenger hunts and lego creations.
