PCT’s Children’s Theatre 2026 – 2027 Season

PCT’s Children’s Theatre 2026-2027 Season includes 4 shows designed for the entire family to enjoy together.

Where: Peninsula Community Theatre, 10251 Warwick Boulevard, Newport News, VA 23601

Cost: Tickets to these performances are $8 each, with a $3 fee per order. You can subscribe to the entire season for $25 per seat. Tickets are available here.

2026/2027 Performances: All performances take place at 11am, and again at 2pm on their scheduled date.

• The Wizard of Oz (October 10, 2026) presented by Bright Star Children’s Theatre. The classic trip down the yellow brick road, staged for young audiences.
• Once Upon a Time: Cinderella and Jack and the Beanstalk (January 16, 2027) presented by Bright Star Children’s Theatre. Two beloved fairy tales in one sitting.
• The Really Big Dinosaur Show (March 13, 2027) presented by Rainbow Puppets. Rainbow Puppets are a Hampton Roads favorite, and the dinosaurs are exactly as big as the title promises.
• Davy Crockett’s Tremendously Tall Tales (May 15, 2027) presented by Children’s Theatre of Hampton Roads. Frontier storytelling with plenty of room for exaggeration.
