Mount Trashmore Summer Carnival

Mark your calendars! The Summer Carnival is headed back to Mt Trashmore for Summer 2024!

When: Friday, May 24 – Tuesday, June 19, 2024

Where: Mt Trashmore Park, Virginia Beach VA

Description:  Rides, games, and traditional state fair foods are all available at the Summer Carnival at Mount Trashmore Park. Located in the parking lot off Edwin Drive, the carnival is great for all ages and offers free admission and free parking.

Cost: Admission is FREE, Please note there are fees for rides, games and concessions

HOURS (subject to change):

  • Monday: 5pm-10pm
  • Tuesday: 5pm-10pm
  • Wednesday: CLOSED
  • Thursday: 5pm-10pm
  • Friday: 5pm-10pm
  • Saturday: 2pm-10pm
  • Sunday: 2 pm – 10pm
  • Holiday Hours:
    • Monday, May 27th: 2pm – 10pm
    • Wednesday, June 19th: 2pm-10pm

FUN PASS CARDS: The automated system for ride credits. There is an additional $2.00 activation fee for the FUN PASS CARD!
100 credits for $10.00
200 credits for $20.00
550 credits for $50.00

WRISTBAND PRICING (unlimited rides)
Tuesday  – $15 wristband
Mondays, Thursday & Fridays – $25 wristband
Saturdays & Sundays – $30 wristband

Military Appreciation: Monday, May 27

$18 wristbands for all active duty/retired military personnel and their dependents. (must have military ID)

Fathers Day Special: Sunday, June 16
Treat dad to a super fun day at the carnival! Unlimited rides on Father’s Day for $20.

Juneteenth Special: Wednesday, June 19
Unlimited rides for $20 on Juneteenth.

***Beginning at 6pm on Friday and Saturday evenings, everyone under the age of 18 is required to be accompanied by an adult (21 or older) to enter the carnival. An ID will be required for proof of age. Adults must remain on-site at all times with minors. Anyone under 18 without an adult (21 or older)without an ID who is not accompanied with an adult will not be admitted after 6pm.***
