With little bellies and fast feet, kids are always grazing and never stay in one place. This usually means lots of half eaten meals that are tossed or finished by mom. Healthy snacks can be a life saver between meals, for play dates, or when you’re on the go.

I’ve got an easy snack your kids will love so much they’ll beg for their vegetables. The best part is they can make it with minimal help from Mom or Dad.

When baked, Kale becomes crispy and nutty. It tastes almost like popcorn. These chips are a little addictive, so be sure to make enough for everyone.

What You’ll Need

  • Kale
  • Sea salt and Pepper
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Non-stick spray or oil
