Where: 24th Street Park, at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront

When: Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 8:30pm

Description: Free and open to the public. Bring your own chair or blanket to enjoy a dynamic, information performance by costumed Monroe interpreter Dennis Bigelow!
