Chesapeake

Deck the Hall at Chesapeake City Hall

Dates:  November 27, 2025 to January 1, 2026. The event will be open each evening, 6-9pm. Fa La La Land will take place on December 13 and 20, 2025, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Christmas in the Country at Triple R Ranch 

Dates: December 5 – 20, 2025 each evening from 5-8pm
Cost: Free to drive thru, cost for meals with Santa.
Dine in Meal with Santa: December 5, 12-13, 19-20. (reservations required). Drive Thru Hot Drinks & Snacks: Every Friday and Saturday.

Hampton

Holiday Wonder Walk at Hampton Coliseum/Water Walk Trail – Canceled 2025

Dates: The 2025 Holiday Wonder Walk has been cancelled. The Wonder Walk trail is expected to return in December 2026, enhanced and improved for the community’s enjoyment.

Newport News

Newport News Celebration in Lights at Newport News Park

Dates: November 27, 2025 – January 1, 2026. The event will be open each evening, 5:30 – 10pm.
Cost: $15-20/car

ARTech Lights Show at Downing Gross Cultural Arts Center

Dates: December 6, 2025 thru January 1, 2026 from 5-9pm every half hour
Cost: Free

Lights at the Fountain at City Center Oyster Point 

Dates: December 6, 2025 thru January 1, 2026 from 5-9pm every half hour
Cost: Free

Winter Nature Nights at the Virginia Living Museum 

Dates: December 19-23, 2025 from 5:30pm – 8:15pm
Cost: $14 per person, ages 2 and under are free

Norfolk

Dominion Energy Garden of Lights 2025 at Norfolk Botanical Garden

WinterFest On The Wisconsin at Nauticus – Find our Annual Ticket Giveaway Here!

Dates: Select days November 14, 2025 – December 31, 2026. Times vary by date.
Cost: Tickets range from $13 – $22 per person and vary by date/age. Under age 2 is free admission.

Holiday Nights at City Park

Dates: Friday and Saturdays from 5-9pm. November 29, December 5-6, 12-13, 19-20, 27, 2025
Cost: Admission is free, train rides $2.

Festival of Lights at Sleepy Hole Park 

Dates: November 28 – November 30, December 4 – 7, December 11 – 19, December 21 – 23, December 26-30, 2025. December 20th is walk-through night in partnership with The Obici House, no vehicles. Closed Dec 24 & 25th.

Virginia Beach

BayPort Credit Union Holiday Lights at the Beach – Find Our Annual Ticket Giveaways Here!

Dates: November 14, 2025 through December 31, 2025. TIMED ENTRY. Holiday Lights runs each night opening at 5:30PM and closing promptly at 10PM. Event is rain or shine. Bike Night Preview: Thursday, November 13. Holiday Light First Night Hike: Monday, January 1, 2026. Tickets: Purchase tickets here.
Cost: $37.50/car purchase online for best price. $10 more at the gate.
