We are very excited to bring readers a quick (FREE!) weekly workout you can do at home! Exercise plans can sometimes get lost in a busy week of school, work, activities and dinner time.

These short workouts are designed for the busy parent. Get your weekend started on an ACTIVE note!

Tune in every Friday for a free workout with Nyx Black, a fitness/personal trainer and the founder of 3 Point Fitness and Belles & Buggies in Hampton Roads.
