Grand Opening: TCC/City of Virginia Beach Joint-Use Library

Some exciting news for those of you in the Virginia Beach area! The Virginia Beach Public Library is celebrating the opening of the TCC/City of Virginia Beach Joint-Use Library! This photo gives you a sneak peek into the “Marcy Sims Children’s Room” inside the library….

You are invited to come check it out as a part of the Grand Opening of this great new community resource.

There will be free fun for the kids including “Ryan The Balloon Guy”, a “Touch A Truck” experience, LEGO building, storytime, music, crafts, inflatables and more. Here is the schedule for the day:

10 – 10:20am Remarks & Ribbon-cutting
10:30 – 11am Family Storytime
11:15- 12pm Brickz for Kidz (LEGO)
12:15-12:45pm Frozen Watercolors program
1 – 1:30pm Music Program

When: Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 10am-1:30pm

Where: TCC/City of Virginia Beach Joint-Use Library 1700 College Crescent (Corner of S. Rosemont & Faculty Dr.), Virginia Beach, VA 23453
