Free Infant Play Group – Virginia Beach

Are you a first-time mom or dad?  The Virginia Beach Department of Public Health has a free Infant Play Group for first-time parents with babies birth up to 12 months of age. The play group is facilitated by an early childhood specialist and offers parents and babies an opportunity to socialize with others and participate in developmentally appropriate activities.
