Date Night! Connecting with your significant other at a grownup activity (or at least just going somewhere without kids in tow) can be an important part of self-care and nurturing your relationship. If you been meaning to get one scheduled but just aren’t sure what there is to get out and DO, this is the series for you!

Date Night Idea: Tastefully Yours

Where: Hampton Roads Convention Center 1610 Coliseum Drive Hampton, VA 23666

When: Thursday, April 16, 2929, from 6-9:30pm

Cost: $50 in advance, $60 at the door. After-hours business attire/dress preferred, no jeans or shorts please.
For ages 18 and over.

Description: Tastefully Yours, our largest fundraiser of the year, will be held on April 16th at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Tastefully Yours is a premier food tasting event featuring samplings from over 35 local food establishments, craft beer, wine, live music by Gina J. Payne and the Step Up Connection, Dj, mini Vegas, photo booths, and more. Tastefully Yours is a community highlight to support the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank’s programs to help our neighbors in need who are experiencing food insecurity. 

Your ticket includes:

• Food Tasting – Over 36 top local restaurants
• Photo Booth –  Have fun and strike a pose with the accessories
• Mini Vegas – Try your luck on the “funny money” gambling tables
• Live Band and DJ to dance the night away!
• Vote for your favorite restaurant to win the ‘People’s Choice’ Award

The funds raised will help provide hunger relief and hope to individuals, families, children, seniors, and veterans struggling with food insecurity across the greater Peninsula. Hunger is truly a collaborative effort, and we work in partnership with over 170 agencies, including soup kitchens, churches, and emergency shelters, and programs such as our BackPack Program, Kids Cafe Program, and Mobile Food Pantry Program, to serve all who need our help.

Every dollar we receive helps to provide four meals.
