🌸 Save the Dates for the Cherry Blossom Festival at Red Wing Park! 🌸 This annual festival celebrates the goodwill between the US and Japan and specifically, the sister cities of Virginia Beach, VA and Miyazaki City, Japan.

Join Virginia Beach Parks & Rec for a week-long festival schedule at Red Wing Park, featuring live cultural performances, martial arts demonstrations, children’s activities, and more!

Where: Red Wing Park, General Booth Blvd, Virginia Beach VA

When: March 29 – April 8, 2025

On opening day – March 29th – of the festival enjoy (while supplies last)  activities in the park will include:  Coloring station | Create your own Bookmark | Haniwa Display | NEW Japanese Riichi Mahjong (Japanese board game) | Origami station | Tea serving in the Japanese Garden |Yellow Postbox Mail Station
