This weekend is the 11th Annual Norfolk Neighborhood Expo! Join your neighbors and friends for an afternoon of sparking community change.

Description:  Celebrating Neighbors, Friends and Changemakers! Festivities include music, food trucks, creative activities, and fellowship. It’s fun, free and suitable for all ages. The Neighborhood Expo also includes the 4th Annual Community U.P.L.I.F.T. Awards, recognizing the individuals, civic leagues, community groups, businesses and faith-based organizations making positive changes in neighborhoods and the City of Norfolk.
