At the Playroom Cafe, we focus on providing engaging, safe and fun play for children 12 years and under. Our space is specifically designed to cater to children 8 and under, but we believe even older children should be welcome to explore. Our 3,375sf access-controlled facility is equipped with both an active, gym play space as well as a calmer, dramatic play and tinker space.
For active, gym play, we have a 8' tall rock wall for littles to traverse across, monkey bars and a foam pit for safe and fun landings, soft play tumbling mats, a Jungle Jumparoo and a variety of gym play accessories to challenge and strengthen their gross motor skills.
On the calmer side, we have a magical campsite to explore, a playhouse, dolls, activity tables, trains, sensory walls and lots of ways for littles to practice fine motor skills.

The York County Youth Commission (YCYC) serves as a communications link between the youth of York County and the Board of Supervisors by researching and presenting student issues, problems, needs, ideas, and suggestions.
