Our mission is to cultivate autonomy, elevate self-esteem, and champion inclusivity through comprehensive behavioral, social, and workplace skill-building programs. The READY workshop is a dynamic 12-week program designed to empower individuals with the skills and confidence needed for career success and independent living. Each week, participants will engage in interactive sessions focused on building resilience, enhancing self-advocacy, and developing personal growth strategies. From mastering job readiness to strengthening life skills, READY provides the tools, resources, and personalized support to help you take charge of your future, all while fostering a sense of community and connection along the way.
