4-H is the youth (ages 5 to 19) development education program of Virginia Cooperative Extension. 4-H is rich with learning experiences where young people partner with caring adults and volunteers in a fellowship unlike any other program available to youth today. During the summer, 4-H offers a range of day and residential (overnight) camps.
A parent organization that has been working to HIGHLIGHT the progress, ACCOMPLISHMENTS, and SUCCESS of the Autism community of Hampton Roads, Virginia by providing platforms which allows their talents to shine and be recognized.
Party services include extreme fantasy face painting, amazing balloon animals, silly clowning, and more. For larger events they offer balloon decor, princess balls, life size characters, and bounce houses.
Dance ages 2 1/2 and up: Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap. Beginner Gymnastics, Tumble Cheer, Gymnastics and Musical Theater.
Private Music Lessons. Rock Bands: young musicians are placed into full-fledged rock bands based on their age and skill level.
Addy's Colors, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides supportive services to children and their families dealing with medical complexity, developmental disabilities, and who have experienced traumatic grief. We also work with children who have a family member with medical complexity or developmental disability. These services are provided to children and their families at no cost to them.
We have a family nurse practitioner onsite who provides coordination and oversight of medical care and the impact on mental health, as well as behavioral health medication and holistic, functional care. We also have a care coordinator for integrated care to ensure that all care providers (in and outside of our agency) are working together to ensure the most effective care possible.
