Focused on improving communication, behavior, and daily living skills, our ABA services are tailored to each person. The program is offered through our Hampton, VA office and surrounding areas.

SEW UNIK Studio, LLC. is an online and hands-on sewing course. We teach both online and in-person at our local studio in Virginia Beach, VA. We have an array of different courses for kids, men and women ranging from beginner courses to advanced.

Siren Jiu Jitsu is a woman-owned small business dedicated to providing quality girls' martial arts instruction. Our female-led coach is here to help young girls ages 6-12 achieve their jiu jitsu goals in a safe, supportive environment.

Classes are also available for both men and women ages 16+ to adults, from beginner to advanced. There is a play area where younger kids can play while you train.
