October 21 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
FreeThis class provides parents, co-parents, and caregivers with practical tools for helping children navigate the emotional impact of family transitions. Participants explore how children experience grief, loss, uncertainty, and changes in family relationships following events such as separation, divorce, foster care placement, reunification, blended family adjustments, or other caregiving transitions. The session focuses on recognizing signs of emotional distress, supporting healthy emotional expression, and fostering resilience through connection, stability, and responsive caregiving. Participants leave with strategies to help children heal, grow, and develop confidence during times of change.
