VBPAL 2026 Youth Leadership Summit (Virginia Beach)

Virginia Beach Police Athletic League is excited to invite youth throughout Hampton Roads to attend the VBPAL 2026 Youth Leadership Summit, a free, one-day leadership experience designed to equip teens with the practical skills and confidence they need to succeed in school, work, and life.
This engaging summit is open to youth ages 13–18 and will feature interactive sessions focused on preparing the next generation of leaders. Participants will gain valuable life and career readiness skills, including:
· Social Media Professionalism
· Job Readiness Skills
· Financial Literacy
· Dressing for Success
· Leadership Development and Personal Growth
We are honored to welcome Captain Janet Days, Retired U.S. Navy, former Commanding Officer of Norfolk Naval Base, as our keynote speaker. Her inspiring leadership journey will encourage attendees to pursue excellence, resilience, and purpose.
