Self Defense Class at Great Neck Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)

Ages 9 and up. With this class we will touch on and practice some of the skills, strategies and physical techniques to help increase your possible options available to you, build your awareness of things around you to possibly avoid potentially dangerous situations and if encountered help to prepare responses to slow down, de-escalate, or interrupt an attack.
