Rolled Fondant Cake Class at Wine & Cake Hobbies (Norfolk)

$65In this cake decorating lesson, students will learn the fundamentals of working with rolled fondant through hands-on practice. Topics include achieving the proper rolling thickness, calculating the amount of fondant needed for cake coverage, and applying fondant smoothly to a cake. Students will also explore creative decorating techniques, using impressions, textures, and patterns to enhance the finished design. NOTE: Some classes may run a smidge shorter or longer, depending on how quickly each student body moves along.
Pre-registration is required. Ages 14 & up (no exceptions!!)
