Newport News Greek Festival (Newport News)

For nearly 60 years, the Newport News Greek Festival has brought the community together to celebrate Greek culture, food, music, and hospitality. Since 1967, the festival has grown into one of Hampton Roads’ most beloved annual traditions, welcoming more than 15,000 guests each year.
Enjoy authentic Greek cuisine, live entertainment, traditional dancing, shopping, and family-friendly fun throughout the weekend. Every dish is prepared by the families of Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church using recipes passed down through generations — made with fresh ingredients, rich tradition, and plenty of love.
 There is no entry fee to the festival. You will have to pay for everything else at the festival such as food, drinks, and items from our Marketplace. Please consider bringing a canned food item to donate to the Peninsula Foodbank as your entry fee.
