Buzz into an exciting farm adventure all about bees! In this interactive summer class, children will discover the amazing world inside a honeybee hive and learn how thousands of bees work together as a team. Students will explore the different jobs of queen bees, worker bees, and drones while learning about the incredible life cycle of a bee. Along the way, children will uncover fun bee facts, learn how bees help flowers and crops grow, and discover why these tiny pollinators are some of the most important animals on the farm.
After the lesson, students can get creative with a fun bee-themed coloring activity to take home. Finally, students will take a guided wagon ride to visit our very own bee hives! Perfect for curious young learners and nature lovers, this class is full of buzzing fun, discovery, and hands-on learning!
Class starts at 9am and typically runs 45 minutes to 1 hour. Ticket for (1) child to participate in the lesson and activities. Parents may join at no additional charge. Recommended for ages: 3-7. All ages are welcome.
