Intro to Cake Decorating Class at Wine & Cake Hobbies (Norfolk)

$75Whether you’re a beginner in cake decorating or just need a refresher, this hands-on class is perfect for you! You’ll learn all about buttercream piping techniques, such as borders, writing, drop flowers, leaves, and a beautiful rosette swirl design with an ombre color theme. In addition, you’ll master the art of assembling and filling a piping bag with tips, understanding different icing consistencies, icing your cake, smoothing it out, and creating textured comb designs. Get ready to take your cake decorating skills to the next level!
EACH STUDENT BRINGS: TWO pre-baked cakes (each cake is 8×2 round = 8×4 round cake when stacked) on an 8-inch round cake board in a 10-inch cake bakery box.
Pre-registration is required. Ages 14 & up (no exceptions!!)
