Homeschool PE at VB KidFit (Virginia Beach)
Our Homeschool PE program focuses on functional fitness, helping children build a solid foundation for movement and progressing as their skills improve. Classes will consist of a one hour instructional time with a weekly workout and skill stations/ obstacle training and 30 minutes of free time where kids can practice the skills they learned on their own and engage with the friends they’ve made in class.
