Our famous Five-Alarm Festival is just around the corner! 
Join us for the annual Five-Alarm Festival hosted by Hampton Fire & Rescue on Saturday, October 3, 2026!
his family-friendly festival features firefighting equipment, fire safety information, and for the children: a bounce house, an obstacle course, face painting and more. The festival and refreshments are free!
One major goal of the festival is to increase awareness of fire dangers and to promote fire safety through educational and preventive activities. Cooking is the leading cause of home fires and home injuries, followed by heating fires.
Each year Hampton Fire and Rescue offers free home safety surveys and does a door-to-door campaign targeting residential areas where fires have occurred more frequently. The division also has a free smoke detector program.
