Caregiver & Me Nervous System Regulation Workshop (Norfolk)

A 1.5 hour partnered somatic experience workshop for caregivers and children (ages 5-12). Through the use of modeling and mirror neurons this workshop gently guides caregivers and their children through creative and fun somatic movement, therapeutic art activity, and breathwork.
Truly a time for the caregiver and child to build trust, co-regulate and connect.
