Baby Parade- Halloween at Windsor Woods Area Library (Virginia Beach)

Dress up in your costumes and let’s have a Halloween parade! Caregivers will decorate their strollers while the little ones are entertained with music and dance. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy! Ages 3 months- 5 years with caregiver.
Registration is not required. Seating is limited. Programs that do not require registration are available on a first come, first served basis. Pick up an entry ticket at the front desk to ensure admittance to the program.
