Acro Clinic: All About Aerials at Music in Motion (Virginia Beach)

Dial in the drills, timing, and power for aerial cartwheels. Dancers will break down approach patterns, swing leg pathways, head position, and landing control — with progressions tailored to each dancer’s level.
Grade 4-11
- Intermediate / Advanced Students should have a 1 handed cartwheel and a back walkover and be age 9+
- Entry step patterns and momentum building
- Swing leg and chest placement
- Takeoff timing and landing control
- Side aerial progressions and connected skills
- Conditioning for power and repeatability
