Accessibility Hour at Kempsville Area Library (Virginia Beach)

Accessibility Hour is when the Kempsville branch of the library will be open an hour outside our normal operating hours on the last Friday of the month in order to better serve youth with special needs and their families. Accommodations will be available to to help families feel comfortable. Community partners will be on site to provide information for those with special needs as well information on library programs and services in our Childrens Area. Ages Birth to 18. No registration required.
