A Brain-Saving Conversation: Stroke Awareness Education for All Ages
Join the Hampton Roads Sentara Stroke Team for an engaging and easy-to-understand community education session about stroke awareness and prevention. Learn how to recognize the warning signs of stroke using the BEFAST acronym, understand common risk factors, and discover what to do if someone is experiencing a stroke. You’ll also learn simple steps you can take to help protect your brain health and reduce your stroke risk. Bring your friends, kids, and family so everyone can be a part of the solution.
