9th Annual VIBE Mural Festival (Virginia Beach)

The 9th Annual Mural Festival presented by Atlantic Park will take place Oct 2-11, 2026! A total of 10 new murals will be painted by 10 different Virginia artists at properties throughout the arts district. Plus, a featured student muralist will earn a scholarship to painted alongside the professionals. The project allows the artists a 10-day timeframe to paint their artwork designs to completion providing the public ample time to explore and meet the artists while they work. Free public programming and events are offered during the festival with festival headquarters located at Creative Well Arts Foundation. FREE parking on 18th Street near ViBe Park and at the near by VB Convention Center. Metered parking along 19th Street and pats of 18th Street. Enjoy food and beverages at any of the 25 food and beverage partners as you make your way throughout the district.
